Promotion  

This promotion is applicable to Eligible Customers only and is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Promotion Period: From now until June 30, 2026 (both dates inclusive).

2. Eligible Customers: Refers to "New Customers" who apply for mortgage services with Global International Credit Limited, Global Loan Limited, or Global Property Mortgage Limited (collectively referred to as "GICL") during the Promotion Period. A "New Customer" is defined as an individual or entity who has not previously held any loan account with GICL.

3. Reward Eligibility: To be entitled to one (1) iPad Pro 11” (M4) Wi-Fi 256GB (valued at HK$7,999), the applicant must satisfy all of the following conditions:
Successfully submit all supporting documents as required by GICL;
-Obtain approval for a loan amount of HK$1,000,000 or above;
-The actual monthly interest rate of the loan must be 1.18% or above
-Successfully sign the loan agreement and complete the drawdown process;
-The relevant loan account must be maintained with GICL for at least six (6) consecutive months from the date of drawdown, maintaining a loan balance of HK$1,000,000 or above and a monthly interest rate of 1.18% or above.

4.Quota and Specifications: The reward is limited to 100 units and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis based on the time of signing the loan agreement. The color of the reward will be assigned randomly by GICL and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5.Clawback Provision: GICL reserves the right to recover the full value of the reward (HK$7,999) if any of the following events occur. The customer must repay this amount in full on or before the final loan repayment:
The customer breaches any terms of the loan agreement:
-The customer fails to maintain a good repayment record or fails to make repayments according to the repayment schedule.
-The customer fails to maintain the eligible account status for at least six (6) months from the drawdown date (e.g., early full settlement of the loan)
-The customer performs a "partial prepayment" within the loan period, resulting in the remaining loan balance or terms failing to meet the "Reward Eligibility" criteria.

6.Redemption Limits: Each eligible customer (whether held individually, jointly, or in the name of a corporation) is entitled to the reward only once during the Promotion Period. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other GICL offers, rebates, or promotional activities.

7.Joint Borrowers & Corporate Accounts: If a loan account is held by two or more joint borrowers, all borrowers must sign a "Reward Redemption Consent Form" and appoint one representative to collect the reward at the GICL office in person. For accounts held under a company name, the company director must sign the "Reward Redemption Consent Form" and an authorization letter.

8.Exclusions: This promotion is only applicable to direct customers of GICL. Customers applying through sales agents, intermediary platforms, or referral parties are not eligible.

9.Final Decision: GICL reserves the right of final decision regarding loan approval, reward eligibility, and any disputes. GICL also reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
