What is a HOS loan?

業主貸款(又稱業主私人貸款或業主免抵押貸款)屬於私人貸款的一種。其最大優勢在於純粹憑藉您的「業主」身份作信用評估,即可獲批大額資金。與傳統物業一按、二按截然不同,整個流程完全毋須抵押樓契,亦不會進行釘契手續,讓您在不影響物業業權的前提下,靈活變現週轉。

業主貸款利率水平

實際年利率一般約為 8% 至 25%,最終息率會視乎業主的資產淨值、入息及信貸紀錄作彈性審批。由於有業主身份作為財力後盾,其利率水平普遍顯著低於市場上同等金額的一般私人貸款(坊間一般私貸年利率高達 20% 至 40%),助您以更低成本靈活理財。
